Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This policy explains what data 01Labs, Inc. ("Alpha.sh", "we") collects when you use the website at alpha.sh, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the marketing site and the sign-in and maintenance pages. Use of the Alpha.sh platform itself is governed by the agreement under which access is granted.
What we collect
- Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
- Email you give us. If you submit your email on the maintenance page ("Notify me"), we store that address so we can send you a single message when the console is available. If you email [email protected], we keep the correspondence to respond to you.
- Sign-in. When sign-in with Google or GitHub is available, the identity provider shares your name, email address and profile identifier with us so we can create and secure your account. We will update this policy before that launches.
Cookies and storage
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection. If we enable a maintenance-bypass cookie for our own staff, it contains no personal data.
How we use data
To operate and secure the site, to respond to you, and to send the notification you asked for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
"Notify me" addresses are deleted after the notification is sent or within 12 months, whichever is first. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Cloudflare's log retention is described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare operates a global network; request data may be processed in the region nearest to you. Data we store ourselves is held on Cloudflare infrastructure. Where transfers outside the EU or UK occur, they rely on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
